Mayor Robert Benson called the Special Session of Council to order on Thursday,
January 2, 2020. Members answering roll call were Pat Winkhart, Liz Urbach, Daniel Rouse and Derek Netzly. Also attending the meeting were Clerk-Treasurer Anne Johnson and residents Justin Cline and Josh Smith.

Mr. Netzly moved to approve the minutes of the 23rd Regular Session of Council held on December 16, 2019. Ms. Urbach seconded. Winkhart yes, Urbach yes, Rouse yes, Netzly yes. Four yes votes. Minutes approved.


Mr. Netzly motioned to appoint Josh Smith as a Council Member to fill a four year term from 1/1/20 through 12/31/23, Ms. Urbach seconded. Winkhart yes, Urbach yes, Rouse yes, Netzly yes. Motion carried.


Mr. Netzly motioned to appoint Justin Cline as a Council Member to fill the remaining two years of Councilman Don Berkey’s four year term from 1/1/20 through 12/31/21, Ms. Urbach seconded. Winkhart yes, Urbach yes, Rouse yes, Netzly yes. Motion carried.



MAYOR
Mayor Benson advised the minutes from the 23rd Regular Session were approved because a quorum of members will not be at the first meeting of 2020 that were present at the meeting held on December 16, 2019.



Mr. Netzly moved. Ms. Urbach seconded to adjourn the meeting. Winkhart yes, Urbach yes, Rouse yes, Netzly yes. Four yes votes. Meeting adjourned.
