ORDINANCE AND RESOLUTIONS
Ordinance 8-2022, an ordinance approving the replat of lots of Kenneth Diehl and Mickie Diehl, was given a third and final reading. Mr. Smith offered, Ms. Gallion seconded Ordinance 8-2022 be placed in final passage. Gallion yes, Kammer yes, Cline yes, Rouse yes, Smith yes, Netzly yes. Six yes votes. Ordinance 8-2022 declared duly adopted.

Ordinance 10-2022, an Ordinance amending zoning code 151.83, adding sections (F) and (G). Mr. Smith offered and moved to accept Ordinance 10-2022. Mr. Netzly seconded. Gallion yes, Kammer yes, Cline yes, Rouse yes, Smith yes, Netzly yes. Six yes votes. Motion carried. The first reading was given.

ADMINISTRATOR
Village Administrator Zachary Wisselgren reported he met with the EPA regarding the sewer plant expansion.

MISCELLANEOUS
Mr. Kammer said he has received pot-hole complaints about Center and High Streets. He also advised he has received more complaints regarding the dumpsters and Council discussed moving them.

Mr. Cline stated that he thinks the Village should pave the whole back parking lot and make it public parking.

Mr. Smith reported the Street Committee met at 6:00 pm and discussed paving Canal Street, Ryan Ridge and Sarah Circle. The Street Committee would like Attorney Terry Seeberger to prepare an ordinance for snow plowing and street sweeping. A mailing will need to be sent out to notify the residents of changes. A discussion ensued about corporation limits and truck traffic signage. Mr. Kirby advised he will keep a log of truck traffic on Market Street.

Mr. Smith advised there will need to be an Annexation Committee Meeting with Mayor Benson.

Mr. Smith said there is an issue with a sink hole around a catch basin with a resident in the Shadow Lawn Allotment.

Mr. Netzly moved to approve bills and claims in the amount of $173,795.56. Mr. Kammer seconded. Gallion yes, Kammer yes, Cline yes, Rouse yes, Smith yes, Netzly yes. Six yes votes. Bills and claims approved.
